Logo Button on Key Fob ?

HELP !!!

My land Rover logo at the bottom of the button has always activated my lights when i press it !

It worked last night however tonight when i pressed it it latched the Rear Boot door, it wouldnt open with my hand under the handlei then tried to lock it and the alarm went off so i forced the rear shut gave it a couple of minutes and tried again !
Same thing it latched the boot, again neither open or closed so i forced it shut.

It will open the doors / lock etc but ive lost the use of my lights on the key fob presser thing ?

Anybody know the solution ?

It's easy to accidentally program the fob to unlock the tailgate.
Starting with a locked car, press unlock twice (all doors unlocked) and then press the logo button and hold it whilst opening the tailgate. I've done this several times when holding the fob in the same hand I use to open the tailgate.

'course, you don't just have to do it by accident, you can do it on purpose too and it's a lot easier than faffing with holding in the lock/unlock buttons on the dash Smile
