As I thought, ISTR they also had D3 size brakes and then went onto aluminium rear callipers for a short time. Thumbs Up

It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

If it were me i would suspect this has been through some flood water at some point.

I would walk away as issues are likely.

When looking at early D4's check as to where the special program controls are. If controls are below the gear stick then your looking at a rebadged D3 with LED lights, if above D4.

As has been said a million times service history and more importantly maintenance record.

I looked for a long time and dismissed one with 99k without service record and ended up buying one with 182k with full service history.

Had it 2 years now with nothing more than a smile.

Good luck with the search. Amazing cars Thumbs Up

Thanks! As it turns out the 2nd person to see it brought it apparently. Might have done me a favour but you never know could have been ok Smile.

Im actually of to look at a 2011 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 TDV8 tommorow with very high milage nearly 190k! hopping it has a full service history to look at...... I know, I know, I really want a Disco 4 because of the better practicality / option for 7 seats if I ever need them, but i'm not the only one who has a say Smile and interior wise the 2011 Vogue I have to admit does seem to be a bit more techy with the full digital instrument cluster compared to 2009/2010 Disco's. Not sure why but the Vogue's seem to be a bit cheaper at the moment meaning I can look at a couple years newer.

Still genuinely not sure which type I will end up with though.

Didn't by the Range Rover, way to many signals that it would not be a good idea. The search go's on. Smile
