I have been hving problems with the voice phonebook on my 06 HSE. I can store numbers and voice contacts but after about a week the phonebook becomes empty, all the saved data has gone. This is quite frustrating as the voice phonebbok is quite useful for regular numbers as I can not get the local garage to upgade the bluetooth module to accept the phonebook via bluetooth. The stealers have already tried upgrading the software so they say but clearly has not resolved the problem
Any body else had this problem and any suggestions.

ACB - I had the same problem a couple of months ago. It coincided with a loss of voice control, mobile (through BT) conecting and able to dial but no sound, and no sound from the satnav...fixed itself after switching off/on and has never repeated...i put it down to "one of those software/LR things..." The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...
