Can anyone help me out with what could be the problem here?

The "U" codes are information only. The "B" is what matters, the problem is it occured in May so is old and possibly has not happened since. Clear the codes and see if any come back. You may have a battery problem as these vehicle like power.

No the fault code is from yesterday, dont know May is in there. Ihave deleted the codes but they Come back right away after clearing codes
