No, but you should when the condition exists (as I understand it).

If you are getting the message, you should also get the icon (same idea as the washer one). If you are only getting the message, but no picture, then perhaps it is a message centre fault (confusing a signal from some other source?).

That's as far as I can get.....sorry not to be more conclusive.

For clarity, there is no light on the cluster, but you should get a message centre icon and a message. Sorry if I wasn't clear.

OK, gotta go and pack!

With the warning all I get is text... no icon. The warnings on all the time now and I also get no bing either.

I've not noticed any icons, I'll go and double check in a mo
Don't remember any icons when the warning flashes up, I'll take a closer look next time but it doesn't stay on screen for long

Nope no icons at startup, just 'System Check in Progress' then 'Normal Suspension Height Selected' then all systems go

A possible solution ?

Latest news I have on this is...

LR finally got back to my dealer and said that the Low Coolant Warning message in the Message Centre (with no Icon or bing) could be caused by a low specific gravity of the anti freeze... going in next week to be looked at.

Anyone had this problem cured yet ? If so what did they do to the cars cooling systems etc ?

Also should get my memory seat module fitted and have software updates and test book tinkering to get my Settings Menu.

Had a good look at mine this morning, level is on the 'cusp' so it could be a true reading. Going to pop into the local dealer at lunch time and get them to take a look and top it up (no point in me buying any antifreeze when I can get them to do it for nothing Wink ). I'll ask them if they've had anyone else with similar problems, it'll be the first time I've used them so it'll be a good test to see how they respond

Dealer was very nice, tech had a good look for leaks and topped coolant up, level looks much better now. Fingers crossed that was the issue and I won't get any more warnings

good show... my warning message is constant although the level is plenty fine.

so maybe the gravity idea is correct ?

Of course !

Many people are saying they are getting this warning now... maybe just that the coolant is actually slightly low / or density of fluid low and the systems in the car are very sensitive ?

Anyway... will see next week when mine goes in for a look at over this, the memory seat module and software upgrade to latest rev.
