Low Coolant Warning

Hi Chaps,
I got a low coolant warning, duly topped up the coolant, but am still getting the warning.

Anyone had similar?

Thanks - I obviously didn't look back far enough.
I thought things were going too well - looks like a phone call to the dealer then to get it sorted.
