Lower control arm eccentric lugs sheared off - Help!!!

Hi - This morning, I replaced my lower front control arm with a pattern part from Advanced Factors. A part from some jiggery-pokery getting the old bolts out, it all went rather smoothly. Unfortunately when I took the Disco down to the wheel alignment centre they managed to shear off the lugs from the front eccentric bolt. They were very apologetic and didn't charge me. They suggested I might be able to weld some lugs into place but couldn't do it themselves because they didn't have any welding equipment.

Anyone else had this problem? If so, I would really like to hear how you got on.
