Lower wishbone, pressed steel or cast iron?

I have changed tie rods and outer ball joint. Solved a bit of my
”defenderfeeling” when cruising. But my bushes are worn too.
I saw that among aftermarket parts are both pressed and cast
wishbones complete with bushings and balljlint.
On other cars i used to change bushes and change joints.
My opinion is that pressed weldel steel can get you home
even if one have bent it. Cast steel will crack.
Whats your opinion?
Cast vs pressed? Change bushings in original wbones or go for new
parts.

Just replace with original spec pressed steel. Far easier than messing around with bushings.
