LR Dealers lockdown in UK

Hi,
I wonder how closed the part dealers are in UK.
I placed an order in 25:th of March and money was pulled from account.Still no parts in sight. I have called and no answer and emailed several times with no reply.
I fully understand if there are delays due to covid 19 but surely they should give reply or refund. Or have you heard of any company selling LR parts that has gone busted?
Tomorrow I will see what bank says.

I ordered parts from Parks LR Dealer north of the border, ordered Wednesday came Friday so some are working.
