Hi guys just an update.
Well i went to go out in my disco on saturday afternoon and one of my front tyres was flat.... great timing as most garages were shut.
Luckily national tyres were open and had some scorpion zeros on stock... so unfortunately not the atr as i was hoping to get but no choice.
So 2 new tyres and no difference to noise still really quiet.
When i replace the rears it will be atr and a bit more planning to get them.
One question though.... do you need the tyre pressure sensor... reason for asking... the 2rear ones are starting to crumble under the cap so will need to be replaced... national tyres say they can fit a copy for £80 each.....on top of tyres....
Do i need them

You don’t need the tire pressure sensors unless you have a vehicle with TPMS. So, if the existing ones don’t have a sensor you’re good.
It is mandatory on new vehicles after November 2014 2012 (I think).
You might want to update your profile

TPMS - Tyre Pressure Monitoring System
If you update your profile people will know what car you have and then they'll be able to tell you if you have a TPMS.

That car doesn't have TPMS.

A 2005 D3 won’t have TPMS, they didn’t come along until much later. Sounds like a set of non original wheels that had the sensors fitted, but of no use with that car.
PS As omg! sez.

In Europe, yes. In USA all vehicles sold after 1 September 2007.
Given it’s a TDV6 S model no chance the American system would apply. Wrong fuel and spec is way too low for yanks.

Yep.
Unless I’m wrong. It happened once, it was a Tuesday. And raining.
