Can anyone (Nick?) confirm that the Duckworth kit on Ebay is for the Rosen A9? (kit number VUB503821)

My local LR dealer quoted me £700 for a replacement Rosen unit - he said they do still have some in stock.

The OEM unit is not made anymore by Rosen.

I have an excellent ICE dealer/fitter near me who suggested a Rosen A9 which fits into the existing roof holder thingy, but is a slightly different colour. But the A9 has an 8" screen compared to the 10.5" screen on the original factory fit.

The ICEman also spoke to his contact Rosen who confirmed the unit can be repaired. They send it away (to Norwich apparently), the usual fault is the laser in the DVD player. Probable cost to repair is £150-£200.

And that's what I'm doing since the bigger screen is a definite advantage!
