LR013487 - TDV6 Oil Pump
May or may not be common knowledge, but here it is
The recent price rise of the oil pump has been a sore increase, especially with the amount of them been replaced recently. There are aftermarket pumps available, but I have had a few issues with them, so went back to genuine pumps
JLR retail price of £201 + VAT
I have a Citroen main dealer at the bottom of the road, so I ordered in a pump to compare, on the understanding it can be returned if it didn't fit
EXACTLY the same pump, with FoMoCo stamped into it, with the same part number
Retail price of £103.95 + VAT
The dealer did mention that was the first one they had ever ordered in. Ever My D3 Build Thread

FWIW, trade price is less than £100 + VAT, and most places offer a bigger discount for bigger orders. I have a further 20 on order as we speak. Citroen UK have 4 in stock, with my name on them.
More is expected 12/9, and the first 16 of that order will be coming to me My D3 Build Thread

We don't need a piggy Alan, this is EXACTLY the same pump as you would receive from a Land Rover dealer, or indeed, a Jaguar dealer. I checked those prices too
I would fit one to my own car, but it's already had a new pump in the last 12 months My D3 Build Thread
