Thumbs Up You're right, and have no probs with any of them as they all are great people in thier own right. I just get a bit worked up when Censored seem to think I know Censored all about things I comment on......... Expats are great, good luck to them, been there and done that. I would rather live next door to a community of Rednecks, Hillbillies, and Wetbacks than some of the EU scum flooding our shores...

And as for the Pikeys over here, using old Romany laws thinking it gives them the right to set up a caravan park, rob the area, trash the area then move on. They should be forced out!!!!!!!!

Rant over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!2009 MY D3 all in mass at Purfleet Docks, along with FL2's, FFRR. Wonder where they are going

They are left hand drive, but I think ATLANTIC bound leave from the Ports Near Avonmouth/Bristol. Port of Purfleet normally head to EU / Africa

That is funny. I live in Los Angeles and I see LR3s all the time.

Driving around SoCal and AZ, I'm always looking out for any LR on the road.

Can't help but notice that I still see way more D2s, and even D1s, than LR3s.

On a recent 500 mile trip back from AZ, I must have seen half a dozen D2s, but only one LR3.

Out in AZ (Sedona) was the same, lot's of nice D2s, and only one LR3 all week.

And when I'm driving up to LA, It's an event to see an LR3 on the freeway!

Is this just my part of the world, or are the LR3 sales really that low? Big Cry

LR#s in Northern Virginia

Don't see many LR3s in the Virginia suburbs around DC. See some RRSs though and some RRs. In my opinion, the fewer the better makes the vehicle more exclusive to drive!! Mr. Green

I think they only sell 500,000 of them in the US a year... Perhaps a Diesel version would increase sales. Anyway, with sales across the board down, LR will be victim as well. Anyway, less of them, makes it cooler to have one. In any event, you can find lots of large groups of them all over, check with your dealer for clubs, events and groups. Here is one, http://www.texasrovers.com

cheers

I see about 3 LR3's a day here in Chicago. Saw my first '09 last night Santorini black. Looked good. Local dealership's used stock is low and prices seem to be going up.

FYI - worldwide, LR only sold around 192,000 vehicles worldwide in 2007.

I stand corrected, I guess this explains the very high sale price and very low resale price. But at least we get the best 4x4 on or off the road, and something that is "unique"..

I am in northern Indiana, had my 06 for about 4 months now. Got it off lease from NY through an import dealer. I have had to explain what the vehicle is and who makes it and where it comes from to several people. Not to mention every one of them thinks its a 2010 model. It is fun educating a culture after they have been brainwashed by fifty years of Ford and Chevy marketing crappy designs down their throats. Needless to say, I have seen two RR's in the area in the last four months and maybe one LR3 in a fifty mile radius. About a half dozen or more D2's though.
