| LR4 Heated windshield not working |

Hello
LR4 v8 2012, winter has come, windshield is not heating! The voltage at the entrance to the glass (connector for ribbon cables) on both sides is over 14V, so the fuses are ok, the relay too. There is ground on the output of the glass, there is no voltage on the ground, so the glass should theoretically work. And it doesn't heat ... Plugs clean, insulated. I don't know how to check if the ground connection is good enough for the glass to heat up. I read somewhere that it could be broken. The diagram shows nothing more, the glass is undamaged, I don't know ...
Do you have any idea?

With screen switched off , check that the circuit is complete between the ribbon input to the glass and its output to ground to eliminate the element itself. .

Aren't there two circuits to the front windscreen? One on each side. Strange they both don't work. Unless they share an earth.
