LR4 v8 2010 transmission fault p081c
I got this error but the car is driveable
on P R N the fault light is gone and only when D it comes.
What could be the issue and the solution?
Will transmission oil change help on this situation?

Dear Everyone
This issue is coincidence with blown fuse no 57 - 10AMP small fuse for interior light, which is not bothered me too much because this impact only right and left light, center interior light is remain not impacted.
What happened after I replace this small fuse F57 (interior light) inside the dashboard on passenger side, this transmission fault error is disappear
