I personally would be very happy if my D3 only went to the dealer for servicing. If LR screwed the b y things together properly in the first place we would all be happier!
But that might be digressing, OK resume mud slinging!

Here’s aggressive “why don’t you crawl back under the f g rock you came out of until you know what you are talking about. This thread was not about dealers it was about LRA policy over a year ago.
Since making my point to LRA the rare recent times I’ve needed a loan car a D3 has materialised Job done.

This is what I meant by the Dear DG, it seemed to be implying something.
I am not trying to say you shold be a good quiet customer at all, just that we all have our problems it just seems we can all at times go off at the deep end when the person at the other end has not caused the issue and is there to try and help.
For example many years ago when a purchased a Brand new Rover 200 series and after 2 weeks the engine failed, one of the same that were in the freelander's 1.8K Series engine. I telephone my supplying dealer and let rip at the service advisor f..ing and bliming at him for this happening as though it was all his fault, we all have done it and some still do. He was there to try and help me and in the end did in a very professional courteous manner. The initial conversation was heated and the tonality he was using was defensive which I later realised I do the same if someone shouts and screams at me. This is were LA is coming from and I concur. We all want the easy life and for things to go smoothly but it is not an ideal world and they don't.
I have not meant to upset or annoy you DG but just tried to explain it is difficult, we all have our own issues to deal with in life but if we treated each other with a bit more respect wouldn't life be the much better.
It is fantastic you have a good relationship with your dealer and I imagine they say the same if you come across the same way as in this last message as someone who does actually care

With regards to you, I do not what I am talking about otherwise I would have not got involved in this male ego boosted forum where it seems people like you W over. I am totally aware it is not about dealers but it was turned around to that and used as a battering ram for LA.
If you do not like other peoples opinions you should not even be on this site becasue obviously you do not listen to anybody apart from your own which you seem to spout with ease.
Now from a lady I now feel extremely dirty and disgusted that you have bought me down to your neandathal level
