I’ve previously used Mann filters for engine air, cabin air and oil filters. I’ve also used Mahle filters for the same. If on a tight budget, filtron and wix are ok economy brands and really are part of Mann+Hummel, too.

As for oil, check your manual what kind of oil you need, mine is a petrol so what I’m using is not necessary what you should use. As for brands, I use Shell for no good reason but a lot of people use Mobil, Castrol (this is what LR recommends but it’s a commercial relationship...), Total, Ravenol, etc. kind of depends what’s available locally.

There’s an Opie oils section on this forum you can use to get oil advice. Just can’t find the link at present.

Oil is 5W30 fully synthetic

It's takes a bit under 6 litres.

DPF models take C2 or C3

Older (pre DPF models) can run on A or B

5/30 C1 is the recommended spec for DPF models. C2 can be used if C1 not available.

ACEA B grade is Diesel

ACEA A grade is Petrol

I've heard than Mann are the OEM manufacturer of the genuine Land Rover filters.

The original filter that came out of my D4 was a Mann filter.
They can be slightly more expensive than other filters but are definitely good quality.
