Time to add my mileage into the mix…
Looking at the list of vehicles and mileages, they appear to be mainly older vehicles achieving the high numbers - mine is a two-owner from new, MY16, 65 Plate D4 Commercial which has just clicked over 193,000!

Smiles per Mile - Tornado Motorsports caged Evo 3... 100" Defender look-alike, with Range Rover running gear - all fully IVA'd and registered!

The mileage might not be as impressive as some, but considering the lack of maintenance this poor beast has endured over the years it's doing darn well.
Since we don't have any inspections here in Michigan most vehicles get a "Chevrolet" level of care after it goes off lease, which is to say it drives until it dies and if someone really cares it gets an oil change every once a year whether it needs it or not. And despite that the Rescue Rover still has some life left in it. The stoutness of the build shows in the long term durability, as some have said, they may be peak Rover.
Oh, and no warning lights or such. Tough stuff!
