Ebay take 10% of the selling price. Paypal then take their cut (even though the are the same company...)
If buying outside of Ebay (via the forum) buyers *should* get a better price, as sellers have less costs. As long as both parties are trustworthy, I personally don't see the issue

I phoned MMJ yesterday looking for a switch.
I was told they would have one, agreed a price and if I sent the money they would despatch same day. I got distracted at work so didnt get around to sending the funds until late in the day.
They still did their stuff and I now have my grubby mitts on the part!
