Mice rodents eating insulation

Succumbed to the dreaded mice gnawing away at stuff problem again. This time it's air con pipe insulation and am struggling to find replacement insulation for the low pressure hose/pipe. It's two different diameters c.28mm and c.17mm. Thanks for any help.

I doubt it's 100% necessary.

They didn't need to do that on older cars. Just improves AC performance slightly.

Try some economy (thin) house pipe lagging if you want, and if it will fit. (doubt it)

Thanks, my default position was to do nothing especially as it was likely they would have a go at whatever I replaced it with!

Thanks, yep done that (now!) so hoping that will ward them off. Worried they will have a go at the fuel tank breather elbow again - I repaired it a few years ago!
