Theyre cheap looking at it from over here John..... I would buy them for that ...but only as they' re hard to get over here.
But I did see a Photothames ( member) selling his set of 5 with tyres for a BiN of 210 ISTR and I dont think they sold.

Ron....take a close look at the photos again....the tyres are....SHIIIIINYYYYY...they've been.....'detailed'....
Best to just hit the Buy It Now button and burn them alive when they land on your doorstep. 
Seriously though, they look like a fairly good buy for 250 quid, although I'm guessing you'll have to factor in the cost of some meatier tyres though...
