Booked into the local dealer two weeks ago to have the condensation inside both of my head lights and the non functioning cruise control looked at.
As usual come the day to take it to the dealers the condensation has all gone ( first time this winter!)
Apparently they examined this fault in any case and rectified it with "modified Drain tubes ".
Has anyone else heard of this procedure? or am I being sceptical in thinking they made this up.
On getting the car back I removed both headlights to change the side light bulbs and looking at the dead leaves inside on top of one light I would swear it was the first time the light had been removed since manufacture.

There are no drainage tubes on the headlights, not that I'm aware of anyway The End

My thinking also especially as now it's raining and the lights are misted up same as ever.
Can't stand being told a bare faced lie.

Modified drainage tubes applies to discovery 2, NOT discovery 3. Communication error, resolved, best friends again with the dealership.
Although having looked at the technical site and seen what Land Rover thinks is acceptable levels of condensation inside the headlight unit I am annoyed and think that any condensation makes the car look like it is made from cheap low quality components.
Basically anything less than running water inside the lights is acceptable!
