Montalcino Red/Aintree Green D4 HSE that’s cherished
It’s a long story but we’ve dipped in and out of Land Rovers over many years but they seem to get under your skin and be an itch you can’t quite scratch!
Having just retired and living in rural Norfolk we’re keen to find an honest car that can be a long term ‘keeper’ transporting us safely across the U.K. be it on motorways or across muddy fields.
Probably as time passes it becomes increasingly difficult to find low mileage examples especially when you have your mind and heart set on a Montalcino Red/Dark Green/Blue Discovery 4 HSE that’s been cherished.
If you have or know of such a vehicle that may be available now or in the near future I’d be delighted to have the opportunity of talking further.
In the meantime take care.

You’re about 18 months too late for what is/was the best one out there.
And it’s new owner is in Norfolk and he’s still live on the forum.
Welcome to the forum btw....... always on the road less travelled 🚧

Blimey, knew this was a tall order!
To widen the search would anyone know of a dark green or dark blue example with a light colour interior that needs a forever home?
Would be keen to secure a honest, cherished Discovery before the turn of the year.
Keep well all.

Sent my lease D4 HSE Lux, dark blue with tan back earlier this year...
Have you thought about one of the XXVs which are around on the web now?
Light interior, coris grey (I think) but superb spec with rear aircon too.
You only get EU5 engines but in your neck of the woods I'd have thought that's less of an issue.
Whatever's out there in terms of later models seem to shift quickly, even at top money, which drives the market higher...

Thanks Jim for your kind reply.
You start your search on one set path with a shopping list of all you want but as time passes you become a little more flexible!
As I’m retired now it’ll probably be my forever vehicle so I’m keen to get it right.
Will take your advice and have another look around.
Best regards from Norfolk.

Hi,
might be worth editing your original Title if you are widening your search specs
