Just travelled up to London and back on my new MTR's in freezing conditions on the A303 and very happy with their handling Thumbs Up

They do make a good whine though and have seriously dented my Av MPG - 27MPg down to 23.5!! Crying or Very sad

they do look 8) though Thumbs Up

Yip mpg is poor, but at 94p a litre I'm happy with it.

On wranglers I was getting approx 28mpg on a run. Down and back to the NEC all motorway save for about 60miles out of 700 i averaged about 24mpg.

Got to agree they do look the part. I was parked in the hotel carpark with another 4 D3's close by, all silver as well 8) but the normal tyres look a bit small. No Disco 3 stickers or I would have put a sppotted post up.

The sand in Dubai is very soft unless you have that thing called rain, they are O.K'ish but a more road type tyre would be better IMHO.

thanks Andy for the advice. it's a bit of a struggle here to keep up with the landcruisers especially with the 19" wheels Crying or Very sad
