Have a look at the rear. Is there a broken camera ? Maybe under the handle
Previous owner has had a big pLay
A standard D3 shouldn’t have that reverse message

I have checked there is no reverse camera at all, and as far I could see the AV1 input cable runs to the front of the vehicle.
So... after some time, I took the courage to wack my center console and see behind it.
Connected to the green plug behind is cable, therefore TV . That is why I have the TV option on the screen.

I found that the D3 system was tricked by using a NAV-TV system.
What amazed me was that this NAV-TV system has 2 boxes (in my case, one installed on the left (above) and with the MOST, AV cables and one on the right (below) containing only one connector, no most of AV)
Why??? How are they connected? Does anyone has a wiring diagram for that?
So far everything works just fine, I want to know why the AV1 is a black screen and where is actually the input? So far, AV1 in Unknown black screen, AV2 is DVD and AV3 is now HDMI (previously Xbox )
I might open the console again and try to find that AV cable, IF it actually goes there .
I also thought a good idea to fit a rear camera. so... that is my next project.

Mystery solved
Sunny Sunday, I had some time to track the mystery AV1.
It turned out the previous owner or installer, passed 2 cables going from the AV splitter in the boot area to the RHS headrest LCD. One of them was under the seat support near the screw, and of course, totally smashed.
They cut the cable and re-passed another cable.
So... my mystery AV1, was actually an output to the RHS LCD screen. Somehow, someone thought it could be an input.
Now I relabeled, reconnected everything, and reuse the power connector to connect my HDMI and camera to it.
