MY13 Loire Blue Disco

To celebrate my 400th post Milestone I bought a new Disco!

I was sad to see the bali blue go, but felt it was the right time to offload.

New disco spec is 63 Plate GS; its the colour I wanted and with leather seats a small step up from the last one Laughing .

Sadly the nanocom I'd bought off Justin a while back didn't work (sent back to Cyprus Big Cry ) so my old xenon lights will have to wait to be put in but already fitted the tow bar electrics. I also bought some Prospeed tree sliders (with inserts) from an ex-member on here, to be fitted soon following Robbie's guide.

So far the 8 speed does feel a lot smoother than my old 6 and generally feels more sure-footed on the road but I think thats an age/mileage thing.

You may fall off your chair but I bought this unseen from an auction - as it has some LR warranty remaining I thought it was worth a punt. I just couldn't find this colour, with leather for a decent price anywhere. Will be documented on here whether that was a wise decision or not Shocked

Anyway here are some pics after being put through the car wash this morning

Shocked Car Wash!!! Shocked Hope it wasn't a mechanical one or done by a gang who happily drop a cloth/sponge in the dirt, pick it up an carrying on rubbing in the 'gravel'..... have a look in the sun for the resulting swirls/scratches Big Cry Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes I'm very reluctant to even let the dealer wash it.....
