Our VWT6 Kombi 4motion is ok for car related speeds because it’s classed as permanent 4 wheel drive and still classed as a commercial vehicle so VAT deductible

Yep there are exemptions for dual purpose vehicles where loadspace is larger than the passenger area, vehicle is 4wd, and some others. Seems to remember its called dual purpose vehicle exemption or something and was aimed at the DCPU market.2014 D4 XS
