Depending how bad the bushes are, it might be worth changing the arm completely, especially if it's all original. It can be a pig of a job if the bolts are rusted up.
If it's just an advisory, it'll probably be ok for quite a while.

Mine failed on fronts 5years ago 6 months after new ones had been fitted by main LR agent, took it to another MOT tester in the afternoon it past with no mention about bushes, I'm still on the same bushes.
Moral of this story is get it checked elsewhere before changing them or check it yourself. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Depends how long it’s been there. The bolts might be in the need of cutting.

Much easier to just buy arms, unless you've got time to burn.Richard

I replaced recently the rear knuckles on both sides with a britpart hub and bearing assembly that had everything new. On my vehicle the bearing and the upper bush needed replacement (both are failures during inspection) so it seemed like a good idea to just replace everything around there anyway rather than fiddle the bearing and bush out separately.
