New battery

I've tried searching for this but haven't found anything. I've just replaced the (original) AGM battery on my 2012 D4 with a new Land Rover AGM replacement. I've read that the car needs to be told via the iiD that a new battery has been installed. Is this correct? If so, then how do I do this as I can't see it as an option?

Thanks

It’s worth checking in the CCF that it is set for the correct size and type of battery Thumbs Up
Both batteries can be reset to new battery install in BCM.
Check you have the latest software installed on your Iid. Thumbs Up
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

I did this when I had a new battery recently. I think it’s in the Service menu, BCM -Body Control, Battery Replacement.

Fairly sure that if it's a like-for-like swap, no changes to CCF are required.

It resets the battery monitor, so if your car turned off say the stereo after 3 minutes on your old battery, the car wont know you have a new battery which would be ok for longer. So it will continue to shut down after 3 minutes.
