My new customised wheels

I managed to get a set of 5 SE 10 spoke alloys off ebay and wanted to put AT2's on them.

I am also fed up of how quickly my alloys get dirty, and after considering all options my solution is as follows.





And as the standard centre caps would have looked crap, i got some of the chromed ones with black land rover badges. As used on RRS Supercharged.



Was going to fit them tonight but my jack has knackered, will post further pics when sorted.

I am really pleased with the end result which i think looks very 8) 8) 8)

Wheels had a few scratches on so i had them professionally refurbished and powdercoated/lacquered etc. through a recommendation from a neighbour who is very much into his cars.

Need to get the original centre caps spray painted black to do a proper comparison, when i get time!!

Glad most people seem to like them Thumbs Up

did the same with a set of 8 spoke EMPI's for a VW Beetle I had, found a chap locally who sand blasted them, then took them over to a steel fabricators/powder coaters who sprayed them with a chrome powder coat, looked the dogs do dars when finished, shame I never got the beetle done..... anyone for some 8 spoke EMPI's Rolling with laughter

ps now have a spare set of 17's might blink my wheels, only cost me £100 in total for the beetles Thumbs Up

I'll post some pics of the empi's tomorrow to show you what the "chrome" finish looked like! Thumbs Up
