New Disco

Picked up my new D4 yesterday:

Returned an XFS Sportbrake. Will miss it, just counting all the bits I miss off the Jag that the D4 hasn't got Sad

My business went crazy busy for 6 - 7 years then I packed it in.
Glad to be out of it tbh.
Now a man of the home living off the moral earnings of my very successful Mrs. Bless her. Bow down

Is the new job lumberjack by any chance?

The guy who bought my old Carlight caravan from me worked for JLR in the IT dept and ran a XFS Sportbrake with the black kit although the body was red/burgundy ish. My Mrs fell in love with it at first sight. Wasn't heavy enough to tow our new van (Or so I told her!). Was a stunner though. Thumbs Up

Shifts too, same Lion V6 diesel as the Disco, but with a few more BHP. Sub-6 seconds to 60, 40 mpg if you boot it, 60 mpg if you drive it carefully.

Speed. Seats have twice as many adjustments as the D4. Cooled seats (really going to miss those). Mid-40's mpg. Steering much lighter. USB sockets in useful places. And what happened to all the cup holders in the Disco??

Still, Disco has plus points too.
