New iPhone SE now available.
Just ordered the new iPhone SE, basically an iPhone 11 in a smaller package and a good wadge of dosh cheaper. No discounts that I could find but John Lewis have a 2nd year warranty for the standard price.
The new SE, the new thinking man’s iPhone.
Oh, and looking forward to usual antics from those unenlightened ones.

Don't I know it - guess who was persuded by SWMBO to upgrade the three family 4S's to 7/8s just five weeks ago? Currently 2009 Disco 3 SE, 2013 MY D4 HSE and 2016 D4 SE

Mother in law getting one of these today. Great deal from Sky mobile.
Think it looks just like an iPhone 8 as all the cases/screen savers seem to be the same.

My xr is due for upgrade soon , it’s a good phone but prob go for the SE -------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.

@waterbouy, I so feel your pain. My mini pain is we were going to buy two before we left Aus after what would have been the original launch date. Much cheaper and even cheaper with tax free, damn that Chinese bug.
@RPB, got to get a case yet, I’m assuming it’s exact the same as 8 cases on the likes of Amazon?

Surely the camera lens/lenses will be a different size and shape to the 8 and therefore the 8 case won’t fit?2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

If the Mother in Laws phone comes today I'll let you know about the case. Amazon are selling them as if they fit the new SE & the iPhone 7/8. Prices have gone up a little though....

Looking at the pictures the 7 and SE look identical - camera seems to be in the same place etc. Will see....
