Having bought a GNVP plate a couple of weeks ago I thought I'd give Neil and Gary some more cash (why, they don't need it!) and get a ladder from the boys at GNVP.
Just like the sump guard, it's a well made bit of kit, looks the mutts nutts on the back with the Expo rack on the roof. It's definately strong as I've been up and down it a few times now and nothing has broken! For those of you that don't know I'm not tiny! I'll post pictures if anyone is interested. It definately makes getting and using the rack easier and I can see that it will get quite a lot of use.
Fitting it was pretty straightforward even though I didn't have a rivnut tool, but Gary gave some good advice on fitting a rivnut without the tool and it's now on as solid as a rock.
I might be at the SE area meet tomorrow with the D3 so anyone can have a look if they want to. D3 HSE MY05 Auto

Nah I'm not to worried about my Sill's I am more interested in protecting other bits to be honest, like the compressor and transmission and diffs. Depending on how exposed they all are. I also thought I heard you say you were looking into tree sliders? I MIGHT be interested in them, but at the moment I'm feeling like bank of GNVP so it might have till wait till the new year!
I love the fact that Warren takes the p s! D3 HSE MY05 Auto

Neil you don't need tree sliders anyway, from what I saw the other week, you seemed quite happy to use your steps as sliders! D3 HSE MY05 Auto
