What's happened to Advanced Factor's website?
Every time I try and get onto the AF site it keeps returning gateskits.co.uk as the address which doesn't work. Has anyone else had this or has my browser gone t*ts up?

The gateskits.co.uk domain is registered in Steve's name - it was working yesterday but seems the site is currently down.

Gateskits.co.uk is ours and the DNS is pointing at it because the provider is having issues for the last couple of days with the advancedfactors.co.uk (Started Friday night with a data crash)
Many phone calls speaking to different people and restarting the same conversations over and over again have taken my whole morning.
They are working on it, but what is up this morning will send orders to us just the same.
Hope it's fixed soon!
Feel free to phone in, we still like talking to peoplePaul Redding

We need to remove the DNS server A record (Foreign language to me!) which will most likely mean that our website will be down tonight or even 24 hours.

Your website will be up; it may appear down as it can take up to 24 hours for the DNS records to propagate to the various internet service providers.

I changed the DNS settings on one of my domains (added a new record) and it was working in seconds.
If you want to have virtually instant DNS updates, then AWS is very good - (Amazon Web Services) costs a couple of quid a month Mark.
