Now that you guys have had your 522GWs for a few months, how are you rating them? Also, is anyone having the 522GW and the rear window ball camera together? It seemed to be “plug and play”. Is anyone’s rear window tinted, factory pigment or just normal? If tinted, how good do you rate the visibility through the tint?

I have both the 522 and rear ball cam with no issues so far. The rear window is heavily tinted but this has no affect on the quality of the recording. As I said in an earlier post I stopped the NextBase app as it would eat battery life very quickly.yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ

Hi gents.
I have the 522gw model too, love it. Very clear, easy to use and the quick mount it excellent
One thing I cannot work out - when I 'download' a chosen 2 minute segment from the app to my phone, where does it save it? I have a Samsung Android phone and have searched all folder high and low but cannot see where it saves the MPEG file.
Any clues?

The one thing I've had to do with mine is switch off the audio
Played back a few clips and if I'm not singing or talking to myself then I'm ranting at the F$%&*£s who overtake on blind bends and things

Well if you look hard enough on You Tube you might find 1.
I uploaded one of an idiot overtaking on the A82 on blind bends in the storms a few weeks ago
not realising there was audio, wasn't till my mate asked who was doing all the swearing but at least the questions I was asking of the driver were well structured, apparently
