I had a similar problem on my 2005 D3, although I don't remember the SatNav not working. Perhaps try this procedure to see if it clears the issue...

Both faults usually mean a failure on the orange fibre optic loop.

Could be Bluetooth or the amp itself.

Tried the hard reset and no joy.
I know where the amp is but where is the Bluetooth fitting?

If you have red and green buttons on the steering wheel you have factory phone

Module in the rear of car, on right side

From each unit can you see it you can by a pass through part for the fibre from ebay you can unplug each one then and see if any are faulty as this can be one issue or the amp can be :thumbsup

Looped the most connector and get a red light from all cables, removed the amp and looped and still the same does that mean the amp is ok?
