No voice recognition or phone.
Hi guys and gals, I have an issue with my bluetooth connection. Ive searched for the past week and dont wish to visit a LRDealer. Mine and the misses phone were great with connection to the bluetooth until about a month ago. I now search for the bluetooth device and return's no devices found on both phones !!! I do not have any other phone system in the vehicle. I press the green phone button on steering wheel and all i get is "PHONE MODE" this stays on for about 20 minis and i can get rid of it. In the book it states that the phone system will always revert back to the last device used, as i have no parrott or such like could this still be trying to connect to an in car system. Ive tried pressing the phone mode on the dash "NO PHONE CONNECTED". Cant seam to locate any fuses to reset, does not even say wher the fuses are for the blutooth in the book. I have also lost voice recognition if this helps.

Sounds like the Bluetooth module has packed in, not an unknown problemI believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

Its in the o/s/r quarter panel behind the trim I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

Your joking....By bro was told by a LDR that he had no kit in the vehicle...Turned his bluetooth on...Hey presto it connected.

Before you go pulling the rear trim apart .. Have you got the full pti kit or LR aftermarket Bluetooth kit .. As the modules are in different placesG4 Gone ...but not forgotten

Have'nt had a look as yet. Not sure what kit i have. Where are both kits located buddy. Been informed maybe on the o/s/r I take it, before the jack etc.

Do you have a fin on the roof ..or a phone holder under the center consul lid ?
When it was working did you get your phone book on the radio display ?
Original PTI kit ..as said by others ...located in the OSR compartment ..dont think you can get it through the jack housing ...you have to remove the whole rear panel .
After market bluetooth kit ( if fitted correctly ) ..the modules are down by the center consul
Look down at the red circle ..thats were they areG4 Gone ...but not forgotten
