Hi slightly back on topic, not happy with D4 air suspension at all , it takes over 2mins or more if comp overheat to raise up, dealer tried recalibration and compressor no good . LR Aust now say that this is with in spec.
Anyone know what spec that would be, or what is different from D3.  On the beach with speed limit it make for nice ploughing, and hooking van on and off EAS use to be real handy on D3

That has to be a problem with your individual vehicle. I use my EAS to hitch up the trailer and tin tent all the time and it changes height from access to off-road height within 20 seconds. Seems better and faster than my D3s were. 2011 D4 Landmark, Mini Cooper SD Clubman, Range Rover Vogue SE

Yeah, its the second time up thats the problem, dealership has 3 others the same so LRAust says that is within spec. what ever that is. Told them that not all D4s are like this "we are not talking about other cars only yours and its within spec"  Thats it ,thank you very much, go away your cheque has cleared.
Brilliant car otherwise  if only we could get some of those convict techs sent over here

Great machine  . my biggest regret is not having adaptive head lights as the dealer told me they would be an over £800 optional extra. but i have since found out that price was wrong should and be about £250.
Other problem very heavy on fuel can only get 400 miles to the tank full. dealer is looking into this also so squealing brakes dealer also looking into this.
optional extras fitted.
20" wheel looks OK but i think STD 19" would be just as good
surround camera bit of a gimmick don't know if i would bother again
cool box yes
heated steering wheel yes but mine does not seem to get very warm dealer checked it and said it is OK.
tyre monitoring system i guess it OK does not give out much information only tells tyres set for light load.
Hybrid TV wast of time.
Tow hitch a must.
