Typical, I have a friend who is a carpenter and all doors are hanging of the cabinets in his kitchen, but if he was visiting you he would not walk past a door not hanging correctly.
Have another friend who is a Roles Royce mechanic and his wife came home once and said "I think the car sounds a little strange" his reply was, when it stops I'll fix it.
