I am thinking of an offroad caravan to tow with the Discovery on new advertures so started this thread.

THe above maybe a little extreme but smaller versatile vans are available in the UK at reasonable prices.

I like the idea of something you hardly notice on the back...

T@B is nice and seen one in the flesh at the NEC. But not for me now that there's two adults, three kids and a dog involved.

Have you thought about the Air Opus as an alternative?

I have seen trailer tents shredded after nights of high winds that rocked our campervan. I would prefer a hard shell although the Opus looks spacious and easy to tow. Thumbs Up

I considered a teardrop onto which I could mount my RT. The RT for kids and a bit of luxury inside for me and SWMBO.
