Sorry but have to disagree with him over the rotation of the bearing shells. My engine had more frequent changes than JLR specified and still died. Currently 2009 Disco 3 SE, 2013 MY D4 HSE and 2016 D4 SE

TD5 Defender 110 CSW (230k miles)

4 RR Classics (300-350k each, 2 manual, 2 auto)
110 V8 CSW (220k)

OK, starting to piece together what I need for an oil change. I've searched for the correct spec oil. This page has a choice of oils that meet the spec. Has anyone any recommendation or experience from these? Was thinking the shell helix ultra.
Also, am I right in thinking there is chance of getting a discount with Opie?
