OIL please help

Just bout some oil for my TDV6 from olie oils it is Full synthetic and it says complies with.
ACEA A3 / ACEA B4
ACEA C3
API SM/CF
BMW Longlife-04 / BMW LL04 / BMW LL-04

FORD M2C917-A
MB-APPROVAL 229.31
Porsche
VW 502 00 / VW 505 00 / VW 505 01..

Will this be ok i know my hand book says B3 - but doesnt B4 incude acea B3 just for direct injection and Diesel particular filters
