Hey everybody.
Got a question about the oillevel. Got a TDV6.
Which marks are the top- and bottommark at the oilstick. I see more red plasticmarks with holes in, and an arrow at two of them.
What is the little red, round plasticmark for.
I have been reading in instructionbook, but it did not make sens to me.

The oil level should be between the top and bottom arrows, I try to keep the level at the top of the 3rd ball from the bottom of the dipstick. Be careful when filling with oil, it does not take much to get it from the bottom to the top of the dip stick. Its easy to over fill. Add oil in small quantities and wait a couple of minutes to take the level.

I still, after all these years can never work out exactly where it is on mine  end of an era ....... maybe a Defender when it appears.......
