2007 LR3 4.4 V8 HSE Auto Tonga GreenLR3
Ok, three LR3 specific questions!

OK, three LR3 specific questions then...

- Why did LR disable the service interval indicator for Canada?

- Why did LR ship without a lockable fuel cap for Canada?

- Why did LR ship to Canada with Pirelli Scorpion zero tyres, which are not M+S (mud+snow) rated and which are terroble in snow?

All very odd decisions and not in keeping with their need to compete with BMW and Mercedes.

I bought my LR3 2 days after you did, but in the US (Minnesota) and I do not have a locking gas cap, nor do I have the service indicator. Mine came with goodyear wranglers. I have the HSE.

My HSE Arrived at the dealer yesterday.....been there today taking some predelivery pictures.
It also came with 255/55/R19 Pirelli Scorpion Zero summer tires.
My "old disco 2003 model" also came with summer tires Godyear Wrangler HP 255/55R18.
I bought some Cooper tires 235/70/R16 for winter use.
I would advise u to buy some 17 og 18" wheels with Wrangler Ultra Grip tires from Goodyear!

I think the original 19" wheels have a lame design so I´m using them for winter with tires with Goodyear Ultra Grip 255/55/R19.
I`m buying som 20" for summer. Any tips on that?

All the best

Our LR3 TDV6 arrived 9th april with Wrangler 18" have been unable to find a proper Off Road Tyre in Australia at this stage Goodrich All Terrain my usual preferred make for our Defender & Disco 2,do not come in 18" so we are having to off road with the Wranglers.Up to now wehave covered quite a few thousand KMS in the Outback including some really serious rock climbs without any drama.

I did a deal with the dealer he can have the 18ins rims to flog to a vehicle with 17's as long as he put Cooper S/T (not STT or ST-C) 245/70R17 on all the rims.

see http://www.coopertires.com.au/tyres/st.htm for tyre specification

I should have the D3 in just over 2 weeks then into the dirt we go.
