is there any way to retorfit onboard computer onto base 5 seater???

Do you mean the Nav system or only the screen? If you only want to use the screen I have seen some post that you can get another screen in the area were the original navscreen is fitted.
I believe it will be very difficult to built in a LR nav system. Roel

Iwas thinking more of trip computer and all sat nav not needed

I am afraid my Laptop died. I found a US toughbook forum and they say the internal RAm cannot be changed.
So might have to look for another Motherboard or whole Laptop.

I didn't see any posts on tripcomputer screens. Roel
