Isn't it the difference between a Devon and Cornish cream tea?
I think I treat the clotted cream as I would butter, which is why I'd put it on first. I'm not actually bothered either way, both taste delicious provided that the ingredients are good.2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE
