What paperwork confirming your order did anyone get when placing their order?
So far, all I have is a hand written 'order' filled in on the day I placed my order. Nothing else.
Is that about standard? D4 XS MY12 Galway

I got two copies of a 4 page computer printed document by post.
Two pages of prices (build spec, dealer fit, discount, trade in etc.) and two pages of Ts&Cs.
I signed one copy and returned it.

Similar to Jimbo. Noticed that they hadn't specified the wood trim (mine is MY11) and they hand wrote on the walnut grain which was a no-cost upgrade on the HSE. Ended up not getting that of course, in fact Topix shows it as rosewood but I've kinda got used to it after 10 months.
In short, make sure any amendments are confirmed properly and not just hand written by the sales guy. 2010 MX-5 2.0 Sport Tech PRHT

Same here, comprehensive computer generated forms. Two pages of vehicle details and spec ordered plus one copy of T & Cs - All very professionally done and presented.  My17 Volvo XC90 Inscription

The walnut trim option was on the printed order for on mine and it was all present and correct when I collected my car. Personally, I'd be a little bit worried at hand written orders. As would appear to be the case here, too easy for mistakes to be made. Glad your liking the Rosewood option though! My17 Volvo XC90 Inscription
