Overhead console power

I've heard it said before that the Range Rover Sport is just a Range Rover body on a Disco chassis. If that's the case is the wiring the same? Would I be able to use this to power my Garmin Glo?

I don't have a wiring diagram but I've fitted that same dashcam using the hardwire kit from Nextbase.

I'm in Wokingham too if you fancy taking a look.

I'm actually trying to get power to a GPS rather than a dashcam. Ideally I wanted to avoid going all the way round and into the fuse box which was why I was interested in the Powerful UK approach.

Thanks for the offer though, if I don't get any joy sorting it out I might take you up on it.

In the car dropping son off to Karate so HAD TO. Pull the panel off to take a look Smile doesn’t look like anything useful there for a GPS power feed

Plenty of space to run a cable up from the fuse box and fit a connection box though Smile 2008 HSE Stornoway Grey

I wish I hadn't followed your example now Kev. I opened it up and this fell out.



Apparently it's the keyless entry receiver and it's just flapping around in the breeze, damned if I can see where it's meant to go.

Oops Smile looks like there should be a clip for it, otherwise, wedge it in Smile 2008 HSE Stornoway Grey
