P0137 Oxygen sensor low voltage Bank 1 sensor 2

Dear All

I got P0137 Oxygen sensor low voltage Bank 1 sensor 2, anyone has idea for any recommended solution, is the O2 sensor/lambda sensor is faulty and if yes, any indication which one is it?



PS:

its LR4 HSE 2010 v8
