Well the fault has been intermittent for quite some time now yes? Presumably you have had diesel from different sources over that period whilst still experiencing the symptoms!

Most probably a coincidence, so I would put that thought in the glove box for now! Sort the EGR, clean the throttle body thoroughly, and scrupulously inspect the elec connections. Thumbs Up

Well hopefully some progress
Driving along today with live values up on my phone and started loosing power and jerking until I pressed the accelerator
Live values were
Fuel pressure desires and actual the same so looks ok
Turbo acuator bank 1 desired and actual the same so looks ok
Now this don’t look right manifold absolute pressure bank 1 was about 140-160 then all of a sudden went down to 50kpa and lost power and stuttered
What your guys thought on this as the car is on over 100kpa when it’s just ticking over

Need more info, any other codes? 100 kPa is basically atmospheric pressure so that looks right for idle.

Changed map censor no change done it twice today
Drive along very steady and map reading dropped to 60kpa no power and hesitation but clears it self ina few seconds or if I put my foot on accelerator

Sounds like you're going to have to go through the "live values" whilst the problem is presenting.
Either that or as DM says take it to a specialist. Its difficult to offer you much else with just the dtc to go on!

I doubt its anything substantial and quite probably a small issue.

Re-instate the EGR function, remove throttle body and thoroughly clean especially butterfly, MAP sensor etc. Check very carefully all elec connections.

Have just had live data up and throttle position on the iid tool says 0
It did go to 78% At very light throttle map also went down to 50 kpa at the same time

then spluttered and as it whent back to 0 power came back
It shouldn’t always say 0 ?

If you turn on the ign (eng off) connect to live values> then select the available throttle values.

You will see the values move as you very slowly depress the throttle pedal which are displayed in two different parameters, by two throttle switches. The parameters displayed are 1. voltage, and 2. % throttle open. The switch displaying voltage will be slightly behind its sibling in its value, and progressively they start to merge as the pedal is depressed. So for example you might see the "closed" voltage values begin at say 0.75v and 1.12v. As you depress the throttle these values will rise steadily to something like 5.9v and progressively with no interruption or sudden rise in the values shown. Equally, the switch displaying "% open" will begin at throttle 0% and will slowly rise and progress to "99,9% open" again with constant and steady uninterrupted progress.

Have a look at the available throttle values taken together, and see if there is any discrepancies.
The IID is not just a code reader, but you have to learn how to use its functions and what they mean.
This is where the tool starts to pay for itself, but have to learn how to interpret it and there is a lot of live values to learn!!

Every day is a school day Thumbs Up

The only throttle values on my iid tool are what I displayed in the pic this reference is to the throttle body as if I move the flap by hand the % increases is the flap surpose to move with the throttle Pedal

Looking at the static pics you posted will not really tell you very much.
You need to observe the changes in each live value as you slowly depress the throttle pedal. Ign on, eng off)

You're looking for any anomaly such as sudden spike, drop or stall that would deviate from the otherwise natural progression of the figures. It must be said there are many other possibilities besides the throttle, but understanding this will help you progress to other LV tests.
